Last Max Interval Circuit workout! So motivating, but it was as tough as always ;)
Three days left :D
Today I worked for 8+ hours on my feet and I was really tired, so I decided to swap today’s and tomorrow’s workout. Therefore I was supposed to do Core Cardio & Balance, but then I remembered the additional DVD you get when you purchase Insanity’s Deluxe version: Max Interval Sports. I’ve always been curious about it, so I tried it out, thinking it would be as hard as Core Cardio….

Ugh, no. Why is it labeled as a replacement for CC but so much harder? >.< Sweat pouring down every inch of my body lol. Those bronco jumps, those sprinting ladders (high knees!) after doing two tough ab sets lol.

It wasn’t as hard as a regular Month 2 workout obviously, but I wasn’t expecting this XD. You should try it if you have the DVD :).
Now eating my well earned veggie frittata :). 4 days left!!
